I lived in Apartment C1 up until a few months ago. Prior to moving, my girlfriend and I had been living there for around three years. Pretty much the whole time living there the upstairs neighbors had their kids making so much noise it was on the verge of being unbearable.
I went to management on multiple occasions and the property manager (aka PM) said she would look into it. Come to find out, they are friends on Facebook so all she did was give them a light warning. It got to the point that the PM had told me that she had done as much as she could do and I could try talking to them. I went ahead and left them a nice letter stating that if they could keep it down it would be great. The noises continued.
It got so bad that at one point, wall fixtures and ceiling lamps were falling off because of all the pounding and noise that they let their kids do. Eventually I got sick and tired of all the noise so I left a 2nd letter but with a little more attitude. I got a note from the PM stating that I'm not allowed to communicate with them and that she knows them personally and they are good people. Also said that they have not received any complaints from other neighbors. Uhhh yea, because they are STOMPING on the ground ya idiot. Unless stomping on the floor goes up or sideways, I don't think the other neighbors will hear it near as much.
Anyways, we eventually moved out and will never be moving back into Autumn Hills just because it definitely felt like there was some nepotism there and treating other people unfairly. Also, hope to god your package doesn't get left with the office on a Friday because the PM doesn't notify you that you received a package and they are closed on the weekends. So if you can't pick it up while the office is open (which randomly closes at different times of the day sometimes for no reason and without notice), your package is left in the office all weekend.
Again, these are my own opinions. And to whomever has to live in C1 while the upstairs neighbors don't enforce their kids behavior, I feel very sorry for you guys.
