The location and the apartments are fairly nice ,quiet neighborhood, great tenants community, As far as management are fairly ok, however, they are not So on the ball on certain scenarios especially when it comes down to maintenance, Furthermore the management cooperation with tenants needs is not flexible to an extent, they don't show leniency in some cases especially when it comes down to immediate relatives visits from our of town and staying over for few days especially if f the have a pet, Adding to that their strict rules always put your contract in jeopardy, I would be very careful when signing their lease making sure I read everything and Make sure I am ok with. Other than that it's a really good apartments and the do recommend it

We lived here for two years and loved it. The manager, Beverly, is wonderful. She’s responsive and kind and was always willing to answer our questions. Maintenance requests are answered promptly. This is a great place to live!

I cant speak for those past tenants that gave this place one star but from my experience. The size is nice for what you pay in Layton. About the property manager, so far I haven’t had any issues with her at all. The maintenance man is super prompt as well. Our water heater and garbage disposal were out one Thursday night. I put in the request and they contacted us for the fix first thing they open next morning. The complex itself is nice kept and clean compared to other apts. its also quite and less cars coming in and out. Perfect for you to take a walk around the complex.

I was in the basement location 656 N 600 E. Very short ceilings, probably 7.5 ft high. Don’t expect management to answer your maintenance requests and if they do, you can expect to find a man walking into your apartment at 8am practically unannounced. We paid $300 per person for a gas fee—the only gas that house used was for the water heater. The heating was electric and we paid all utilities through the city. After cleaning the apartment and leaving it better than we found it, each of my roommates and I were charged for a cleaning fee (roughly $40) with a generic copy-paste explanation as to why we were charged. Two stars for the location and two fridges.

I lived in Apartment C1 up until a few months ago. Prior to moving, my girlfriend and I had been living there for around three years. Pretty much the whole time living there the upstairs neighbors had their kids making so much noise it was on the verge of being unbearable. I went to management on multiple occasions and the property manager (aka PM) said she would look into it. Come to find out, they are friends on Facebook so all she did was give them a light warning. It got to the point that the PM had told me that she had done as much as she could do and I could try talking to them. I went ahead and left them a nice letter stating that if they could keep it down it would be great. The noises continued. It got so bad that at one point, wall fixtures and ceiling lamps were falling off because of all the pounding and noise that they let their kids do. Eventually I got sick and tired of all the noise so I left a 2nd letter but with a little more attitude. I got a note from the PM stating that I'm not allowed to communicate with them and that she knows them personally and they are good people. Also said that they have not received any complaints from other neighbors. Uhhh yea, because they are STOMPING on the ground ya idiot. Unless stomping on the floor goes up or sideways, I don't think the other neighbors will hear it near as much. Anyways, we eventually moved out and will never be moving back into Autumn Hills just because it definitely felt like there was some nepotism there and treating other people unfairly. Also, hope to god your package doesn't get left with the office on a Friday because the PM doesn't notify you that you received a package and they are closed on the weekends. So if you can't pick it up while the office is open (which randomly closes at different times of the day sometimes for no reason and without notice), your package is left in the office all weekend. Again, these are my own opinions. And to whomever has to live in C1 while the upstairs neighbors don't enforce their kids behavior, I feel very sorry for you guys.

My son and his wife have lived here 3 years and love the location and believe it's well-managed. The buildings are spaced farther apart than any other complex with nice views and manicured lawns. The manager Beverly runs a tight ship but it is well appreciated bc it seems to attract well-mannered tenants. If you are a professional that works hard and you appreciate a quiet night at home this is a good place to live.
